Registration Information for the 2022 Season

Volunteer Requirements:
The Royal Oak Titans are a non-profit volunteer organization. There are no paid positions within our organization. Our coaching staff and board members 100% volunteer their time to train our athletes, be present on game day, and run the behind the scenes business functions of the organization.
This busy commitment from our coaching staff and board members means we need YOUR help as well. In order for our season to be successful and our game days to run smoothly, we require each family unit to volunteer at 2 home games during the season.
Volunteer positions include, but are not limited too:
You have the option of paying a non-refundable fee of $100 prior to the start of the season if you wish to opt out of the volunteer requirements.

Fees:
- Flag Football and Flag Cheer (Ages 5-7*): $100
- Tackle Football and Freshman, JV, and Varsity Cheer (Ages 8-14*): $200
- Volunteer Deposit or Opt Out Fee: $100 - Each family unit is required to pay a $100 volunteer deposit that will be refunded at the end of the season upon completion of required volunteer commitments. Families may also choose to opt out of the volunteer requirements by paying a non-refundable $100 opt out fee. The deposit or opt out fee must be paid prior to equipment hand out.

- Concessions - Take orders, assist in food service and order fulfillment, receive payment and return accurate change, grill hamburgers/hot dogs
- 50/50 raffle - Sell tickets to home and away fans during game, receive payment and return accurate change
- Booth spotter - Assist the game announcer in the announcing booth
- Game announcer - Announce the game play in a manner that is neutral to both the home and away teams
- Chains - Hold and move down and distance markers during the game
- Entry gate - Collect entry tickets, stamp hands for re-entry
- Photographer - Take action pictures of our volunteers, fans, and Flag, Freshman, JV, and Varsity Football and Cheer squads on game day and during special events

Required Items Needed to Register:
- Payment - cash, check, or credit card (a small processing fee for credit card payments will be applied)
- Completed registration forms
- Recent photograph of athlete
- Copy of birth certificate
- Completed physical form dated on or after April 15, 2022
